You will design killer YouTube thumbnails, campaign decks, brand identities, typography assets, and visual treatments for our creator roster. You understand visual hierarchy, click-through psychology, and how to stop someone from scrolling in 0.5 seconds.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma & typography
- Proven track record with high-performing YouTube thumbnails

Video Editor
You will cut fast-paced YouTube formats, high-retention 9:16 reels, show pilots, and cinematic brand case films. You understand rhythm, pacing, comedic timing, SFX, and how retention graphs work.
- Mastery of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut
- Deep knowledge of sound design and pacing hooks
- Experience editing for top Indian gaming, tech or lifestyle creators
- Ability to take raw multicam footage and build a compelling story
